At Bike Mart, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any gear that doesn't meet your performance needs. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bike Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring that all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
